For staff learning needs, review ESD training programs and define the participant roles, approved procedures and expected learning outcomes. Confirm the delivery format, demonstrations and records included in the proposal. Any certificate or attendance document should identify the activity completed and its scope; it should not be assumed to certify the whole facility or every aspect of a person’s competence.
